I/We agree that neither myself/ourselves nor my/our crew shall in any way whatsoever hold THE BRONTE HARBOUR YACHT CLUB, the sponsors, its members, volunteers or officers, as a whole or in part, to be in any way liable for any accident to my/our yacht, or bodily injury to me/us or my/our crew for any accident or loss of life. I/we have secured similar releases from my/our crew. Two million liability insurance is mandatory.
